Return or exchange of the product
If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 24 hours from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
How to return a product
Our products are mostly fresh or frozen and have to be stored in a temperature-controlled environment. Therefore we cannot accept returns. Until and unless
• We sent you the wrong product
• The product is defective
• The product is damaged or tampered with during delivery
In any of the above cases the refund and replacement policy will apply.
Any product past the initial period of refund (which is at the time of receiving of the order) will not be eligible for either refund or replaced.
